Xing Hai Ming Cheng is the biggest property in Shenzhen Nanshan district. It is located at Qianhai road and covers more than 800, 000 sqm. Price is cheaper than OCT and Shekou area, but it is nice property with swimming pool, gym, supermarket and bank.
