A type of secure residential establishment, community home, or registered childrens' home, or unit within an otherwise open establishment, used to detain young people in Scotland, England, and Wales who have a history of absconding, are likely to continue to abscond, and are liable to harm themselves or others if they continue to do so. First set up in 1964, it is a comparatively little used disposal, and requires the order of a court or a children's hearing before implementation, other than in an emergency situation. Young people who have been sentenced by a criminal court to a period of detention for a serious offence may also be placed there as an alternative to a young offender institution. The court must believe that the protection of the public justifies the security requirement. So feel free to check the facilities wit this location : barcelona hotel
