Day 01 Arrive at Beijing (D)
Beijing, the capital of China since 15th century, met by local tour guide and transferred to hotel.
Accommodation: Best Western Hotel
Day 02 Beijing (B/L/SD)
Visit: Tian An Men Square (the largest square in the world, big enough to hold half a million people and the symbol of New China) Forbidden City (the largest piece of ancient Chinese architecture still standing) Temple of Heaven (regarded as one of the greatest architectural structures in the world).
Special Dinner: Peking Duck Dinner (enjoy the most famous Beijing local dishes).

Day 03 Beijing (B/L/D)
Visit: The Great Wall (symbolizing China’s ancient civilization, visit Juyongguan section) Ming tomb (the tombs for 13 Emperors of Ming Dynasty where the site was chosen with greatest care of Feng Shui taken into account, visit Changling). Cloisonne Factory (find out how the most famous and beautiful handicrafts are made).
Show-----The Legend of Kung Fu (an exceptional performance incorporation Shaolin Kung Fu and modern dancing)

Day 04 Beijing (B/SL/D)
Visit: Summer Palace (the biggest imperial garden in Beijing) Hutong Tour (take a rickshaw ride along the small alleys between the over 100-year old Quadrangles and visit homes of the locals) A free afternoon to explore the bargains of shopping in Bejing. Beijing Night Tour (a different presentation of Beijing when all the lights along the Chang An Boulevard and Tian An Men Square are lighted)
Special Lunch: Homemade Cooking (enjoy a special homemade dumpling lunch in one of the family homes in the Hutong)

Day 05 Beijing/Urumqi (B/L/D)
Take a flight to Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang Autonomous Region.
Visit: Red Hill (it was named because of the jagged red rocks on the top of the mountain) Night tour (Wuyilu Night Market and opportunity to experience the everyday’s life of the locals)

Day 06 Urumqi (B/L/SD)
Visit: Heavenly Lake (a world famous mountain lake stands at an elevation of 1,900 meters) Southern Pastures (a natural meadowland for the Kazakhs)
Special Dinner: Urumqi Cuisine Dinner (a famous Mongolian dish of Roast Whole Lamb is served)

Day 07 Urumqi~Turpan (B/L/D)
Pack your handy overnight bag and travel by motor coach to Turpan, a city located at the lowest depression in China.
Visit: Jiaohe Ruins (remains of the ancient city of Jiaohe built between 200BC and 500AD) Grape Valley (where grapes were first grown in this city 2000 years ago) An Uigur family (the Uigurs are known for their skill in sing and dancing)

Day 08 Turpan~Urumqi (B/L/D)
Visit: Flaming Mountains (a legendary mountain described in famous Chinese novel- the Monkey King) Gaochang Ruins (a main city along the Silk Road dated back to 1 century BC)

Day 09 Urumqi/Dunhuang (B/L/D)
Take a flight to Dunhuang, and oasis in the Gobi Desert
Visit: Mogao Grottoes (commonly known as the caves of a thousand Buddha)

Day 10 Dunhuang (B/L/SD)
Visit: Mingsha Hill (people can hear a roaring sound of the moving sand as the sand is blown down from the top of the hill) Crescent Moon Spring (a crescent moon shaped lake in the middle of the moving sand dunes)

Day 11 Dunhuang/Xi’an (B/L/SD)
Take a morning flight to XI’an, an ancient capital of China for 2000 years.
Visit: Provincial History Museum (houses a large collection of historic and cultural relics and artifacts) Big Wild Goose Pagoda (temple was first built in 652 during tang Dynasty to protect the scriptures and statues brought back from India by famous monk Xuan Zang)
Special Dinner: Tang Dynasty Banquet
Show-----Tang Dynasty Show (an entertaining costume show with the splendid Tang Dynasty Music and Dance)

Day 12 Xi’an (B/L/SD)
Visit: Banpo Museum (site of the stone-age settlement in Xi’an 6000 years ago) Terracotta Warriors Museum (over 6000 life size warriors’ pottery figures with different features and facial expressions) Night Tour (a visit to the busy night market at the Muslim’s quarter)
Dinner: Cantonese Dinner (to change your taste, a special western buffet dinner is served at your hotel)

Day 13 Xi’an/Hangzhou (B/L/D)
Visit: Xi’an City Wall (the best preserved city wall built in Ming Dynasty---14th century)
Fly from Xi’an to Hangzhou, described as the heaven on earth, capital of Southern Song Dynasty.

Day 14 Hangzhou (B/L/D)
Visit: West Lake (a cruise on Hangzhou’s famous picturesque lake) Lingyin Temple (the largest and most resplendent temple in Hangzhou) Six Harmonies Pagoda (an octagonal pagoda with a panoramic view of Qiantang River and the bridge) Tea Plantation (see how the famous Dragon Well Tee were grown and made)

Day 15 Hangzhou~Zhujiajiao~Shanghai (B/L/D)
Take a coach ride to Shanghai via Zhujiajiao
Visit: Zhujiajiao (an ancient water village sometimes called the “Venice of Shanghai”) Enjoy a sampan ride along the canals to Shanghai (a city of modern architectural displays)

Day 16 Shanghai (B/L/SD)
